The subjective complaint window suggests complaints typically associated with a body region.  Click a body region in the left list and see complaints associated with that region – in milliseconds!

 

• See the patient's current subjective complaints.
• See the patient's ADL's or activities of daily living restrictions.
• Manage the random text generation document window, with the resulting chiropractic SOAP notes, exams and narrative reporting.
