MyEMR for the Pocket PC:  ADL's

The ADL (activities of daily living restrictions) tab of the subjective complaint window lets you indicate the activities adversely affected by the patient's condition. 

You will notice a § (section sign) symbol to indicate that these sections will be included in the random text generation of the narrative report that includes all sections of all findings.  Several windows in MyEMR for the Pocket PC are used for extended narrative reporting.

When generating a daily SOAP note, or generating a narrative report of all sections, you can tap-and-hold the pencil toolbar button to choose to generate a narrative report that includes all sections.
